Photographs are treasured possessions. They identify, they illuminate the past, they evoke and, in some cases, stimulate memory. Sadly, like memories, photographs fade, become creased or torn. When these happen they begin to close a door on the past. With modern digital photo applications and techniques some of these faded and damaged memories can have a new lease of life.
